The Mermaid Spritz (Cocktail from Dale DeGroff)

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the Coney Island Boardwalk, James Beard award-winning mixologist Dale DeGroff, author of The Craft of the Cocktail, designed this light and refreshing drink for everyone who has great memories of the most magical place in the world! Happy Fourth of July!

THE MERMAID SPRITZ

Ingredients:2 oz. DeGroff’s Bitter Aperitivo
1 oz. Blanc Bianco Vermouth
3 oz. Moscato d’asti
1 oz. Seltzer
½ orange wheel for garnish

Preparation:Assemble in a large goblet over ice.
Stir, add garnish and serve.
