Show Must Go On! Amphitheater to Open Tonight!

Although very much still a construction site with a temporary license, the seats are in place and the stage is set for opening night of the new. Amphitheater at the Coney Island Boardwalk.

Doors (doors?) will be opening at 6pm this evening. Directly from Nostand ave. BK reggae musician and producer Ed Robinson will be the very first act to take the stage at 6:30pm. Since there is no wall constructed yet onlookers may be able to steal a free glimpse of the opening show.

Maxi Priest and Steele Pulse will be taking the stage before headliner Ziggy Marley takes over the rest of the night at 9:15.

It will be interesting to say the least how tonight will play out.

Tickets are still available for tonight’s show via Ticketmaster.

Additionally, Wednesday, June 29th at 10:30am a ribbon cutting ceremony will be taking place at the Amphitheater site.
