Have a Band? Audition to Perform at Coney Island!

Showstopper Sundays are coming to Coney Island. Isn’t it everyone’s dream to be a star on the Coney Island Boardwalk? Here’s your opportunity.

The Alliance for Coney Island and The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation are proud to announce the premier of the Coney Island Boardwalk Summer Series, Sunday’s July 10th – August 14th on the Coney Island Boardwalk!

We are holding live auditions for performers on Saturday, May 28th at Dreamland Plaza on West 12th Street and the Boardwalk from Noon – 3pm. We are looking for submissions from bands, solo musicians, and street performers who can fill at least a 30 minute set. You must be 13 and over to apply.

Performers who are selected for the series will receive a small stipend for their performance as well as tickets to participating amusements.
