Memorial Day Weekend at Coney Island

There is so much going on at Coney Island this Memorial Day weekend! What are we looking most forward to?? Well we toured the burgeoning art gallery springing to life in the long time vacant lot behind Nathan’s. Speaking of food. I think Coney Art Walls partnered with Smorgasburg tops this list.

Burg! Smorgasburg! Burgers! Wahlburgers! All the “burgs”will be taking over the south side of Stillwell this summer.

 

Also top on our list is the Maxim Gorky ‘Boredom’ returning to Coney Island USA. The last time we saw this show it was 1992, quite cold out, and Coney Island USA was on the Boardwalk. We must head down to Coney Island USA on Surf ave. on either Saturday or Sunday night to see the ‘Boredom’2015. Of course we’ll have a few pops before the show at the Freak Bar which was voted by you our readers in 2014 the best bar on Surf ave.
