Free Concerts Returning to Coney Island this Summer!
It’s official! The Brooklyn Borough President’s Office announced to us last night that after taking last summer off, the Seaside Summer Concert Series will be returning to Coney Island! The free concert series will be returning this summer to the same W 21st street lot next to the future Seaside Amphitheater.
Last summer newly elected Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams decided to cancel the very popular concert series in lieu of the proposed construction of the controversial Seaside Amphitheater developed alongside the landmarked Childs Restaurant Building.
The Borough President’s Office will be announcing the names of the acts scheduled to perform within the coming weeks. Make sure you have your chairs ready!

Brooklyn summer free concerts in prospect park stop having salsa night and I feel it’s discrimination because for the pass 20 yrs my family and I look forward to that date in august . Our mom’s bday I’d on 8 10 and she would enjoy the concert every Year .
Then why do you want them to …stop having salsa nights?

OK, it’s June 21, so is it safe to assume that the new boro president, who is completely useless already, is not having the concerts again? He was a useless cop and continues his uselessness as boro president

I keep seeing articles since January about the free concerts in CI but they still have yet to list them…hmmmm
