The Empire State Building went dark over the weekend. One World Trade Center’s spire illuminated the colors of France. Thanks to council member Mark Treyger, Coney Island’s Parachute Jump joined them in solidarity.

Last Friday evening boardwalk shop owner Lola Star tweeted a striking heartfelt picture of the Parachute Jump juxtaposing the Eiffel Tower.
